About Roger Montgomery

Roger Montgomery
President/C.E.O.

Roger Montgomery has been representing NBA and international basketball players for more than 10 years. He is a certified National Basketball Player's Association agent who has 16 years of experience working with the NBA. His sterling reputation as a talent evaluator, negotiator, businessman and person speaks for itself. Roger is a former NAIA Academic All-American with a business degree from Life University. After his collegiate career at Life and Georgia Southern concluded, he played professionally overseas in France, Finland and Poland. He developed his passion for basketball while growing up in Los Angeles and played high school basketball for powerhouse Fairfax High.

Roger is dedicated to helping each player achieve his professional and personal goals by implementing a comprehensive plan tailored for each client.

The architect of MSG stands for family values, integrity and professionalism. He is married with three children.
